Meet in Italy for Life Sciences StartUp Breeding 2022 – MIT4LS SUB2022

With MIT4LS SUB2022 15 candidates (business ideas and startups) were selected by a committee of experts and benefited from specific meetings with the initiative coaches (over 30) and in-depth thematic webinars. As final step of the journey, on the 19^th of October 2022 in Milan the 15 finalists presented their pitches in front of international investors and life sciences professionals at the Atlantis Pitching Arena, and they were judged by a panel of experts who awarded the title of SUB2022 winner as the most innovative startup at MIT4LS2022. The SUB2022 partners assigned also their special awards.

Two winners:

2i3T Special Award SUB2022: ‘ATMPs prize – From bench to bed’, a course aimed at designing the development of a cellular product for Market Authorisation, consisting of 4 days of consultancy provided by the team of the Officina Farmaceutica “Università degli Studi di Torino”.

BacktoWork SUB2022 Special Award: one voucher and further favourable economic conditions to carry out a fund raising campaign via their platform within one year of the end of the event.

EIT Health Special Award SUB2022: one voucher to access the EIT Health Mentoring and Coaching Network, a platform of wide range of experts, partners, institutions and corporations across Europe.

I3P SUB2022 Special Award: support programme consisting of an all-inclusive coworking space for 12 months at I3P, for 4 people from the team; intensive tutoring and mentoring from its experts and network; participation in all networking events organised by I3P; presentation and support in contacts with potential national and international clients, investors, industrial partners, and local suppliers; support in relations with banks for debt financing in accordance with I3P agreements.
