Genesis 4 Life Science × MEET in Italy for Life Sciences 2026 is a call for proposals aimed at start-ups and research teams working in the life sciences sector, with the aim of accelerating the development of innovative projects from research to market.

The Genesis4LS programme offers acceleration pathways, targeted networking, advanced training and access to investors and companies, supporting the growth of high-impact solutions in the sectors of Medical Devices, Pharma, Biotech, Digital Health and Biomanufacturing.

The 3 pathways of the Genesis4LS programme

Selected organisations will have access to one of three tracks designed according to the project’s level of maturity:

• Tech Transfer. For research teams and academic spin-offs, focused on the commercialisation of scientific results and technology transfer.
• Growth. For start-ups ready to scale up, with a focus on go-to-market, fundraising and business development.
• BRIDGE Biomanufacturing. A vertical track dedicated to production processes, scale-up and industrialisation in biomanufacturing.

• Advanced pitching and investor relations
• Grants, calls for proposals and funding instruments
• Tech transfer and intellectual property
• HTA and Clinical Strategy
• Go-to-market and procurement

Pitching to investors
The selected organisations will present their projects on 13 and 14 October to venture capital firms, business angels and companies in the life sciences sector.
